iQ Construct has completed construction on the extensive new build four-storey Middle School building and external recreation area for the Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School in Terranora.
The new build construction included numerous classrooms with operable walls and multi-use spaces on Levels One and Two, office/meeting and staff spaces on Ground Level, a new lift, a new link bridge and link pathway to surrounding buildings, external formed seats and planter boxes, a large landscape package with formed pathways, in-situ seating and breakout and sports recreation areas, rainwater re-use for the amenities, solar panels on the rooftop, and spectacular red slide exiting the building on Level 1.
This project looks fantastic, and iQ Construct are very proud to have delivered such a great addition to the school.
