Another Home Run for Sporting Clubs Flood Recovery
iQ Construct is proud to have been involved in the federal and state governments funded community and recreational asset recovery and resilience program (CRARRP). The Department of Tourism and Sport (DTS) program has delivered funding to rebuild extraordinary weather damaged community assets across 37 local government areas.
The Windsor Royals Baseball Club in Brisbane suffered severe damage to infrastructure in the last major flood event to effect South East Queensland.
The installation of new 30m galvanised steel light poles capped a fast turn around project that included underground service provision and upgrades to future proof the club’s on field amenity, just in time for the start of the summer season.
