iQ Construct has completed the most anticipated Club Refurbishment in the Sandgate Area for some time. The former Sandgate RSL sat dormant for 4 years before the team at Kedron-Wavell Services Club revitalised the venue into the new Sands Social.
The refurbished two-story Club features a stunning restaurant, lounge, sports bar, gaming room and TAB, children’s room, and generous function space which can cater for up to 100 cocktail style and 60 seated. Furthermore, the building now hosts 205 solar panels, and a new DDA access walkway at the main entrance proving access to the new internal lift to Level 1.
The nautical theme exterior resembles the bow of a boat and has been beautifully refurbished to include a new exterior timber deck to enjoy sunny weather and observe the passing Sandgate community.
