Peppers Resort Marysville offers contemporary styled accommodation, sophisticated event spaces, and world class dining located against the backdrop of the stunning Yarra Ranges in country Victoria.
iQ Construct were engaged to provide external and internal refurbishments to the 101 key resort, including a stylish refresh to all guest rooms, restaurant, guest lounge, reception and conference centre, with new state-of-the-art room fixtures, brand-new contemporary furnishings and fresh paint and carpet.
The existing casual restaurant was beautifully controverted into a bountiful breakfast buffet destination by day, and a sumptuous 5 star A la carte dining restaurant by night. As the resort is a popular destination for cyclists, and iQ Construct was also tasked to constructed a specialised bike wash and maintenance station to accommodate this clientele.
The resort remained fully operational throughout the refurbishment process, requiring attention to noise management and patron safety. This project also presented a difficulty due to it’s regional location, making it challenging for material and supply deliveries, and was also subject to extreme weather fluctuations.
The result however speak for themselves, with the hotel unveiling their fresh new-look in the heart of the Yarra Valley at the end of 2023.
