iQ Construct has proudly completed it’s 4th Toowoomba based project. This project for Toowoomba Catholic Education required refurbishment works, and the construction and fitout of additional General Learning Area facilities (inclusive of a multipurpose space) to Ground Level and Level 1 of Toowoomba’s oldest Catholic school, St Saviour’s Primary School.
The project works included demolition of existing GLA and tuckshop and construction of new classrooms with ancillary landscape works to building surrounds, along with a full refurbishment of existing classrooms and staff breakout space and admin offices, creating a calm retreat from the excitement and noise of the playground. Further works included carpark line marking and rectification works, re-diversion of existing services, provision of access stairs, general upgrades to main foyer of building, and installation of a southern retaining wall and decking to the prep garden play area.
Teachers and Students alike have happily settled in to their new refreshed and revitalised learning environment.
