iQ Construct has completed the Level 5 Works at the Zelman Cowen building project for the University of Queensland. This project involves the re-purposing of an existing dated low height studio space, transforming it into a fresh high-ceilinged multi-purpose studio and office.
The works include extensive demolition of the existing floor with a full high-spec interior fitout; the full removal of the existing roof, reinstatement of a new roof, and rejuvenation of the existing external terraces. The building will be operational throughout construction with the works needing to accommodate students, staff and respective activities at all times.
