This project for the Department of Defence involved the replacement of the main roof areas and roof safety system, associated services works including downpipes and drainage, replacement of building perimeter external lined soffits, roof fascia painting works, compliance works for a set of external stairs, awning upgrades and main entry sign replacement.
Works to this building were carried out whilst it remained fully operational. Access security was a major concern to the Client, requiring works to be expedited during roof removal and reinstatement.
