iQ Construct were initially engaged by the Department of Defence to refresh all rooms and common spaces on Level 1 of the 1st Military Police Battalion Delta Company building E117 with new paint.
Due to Stimulus works across all Defence bases, additional works were requested including the complete removal of the existing corrugated iron roof and replacement with a Colourbond roof; installation of a new roof safety system for safe roof access; removal of all existing rubber tiles to common spaces and replacement with a new vinyl plank; removal of existing broadloom carpet from all offices and replacement with modern carpet tiles; removal of existing vertical blinds and replacement with new sheer and blockout roller blinds; and the removal of two existing kitchenettes and replacement with new, including zip hot/cold water taps.
