Downlands College Hospitality Kitchens Refurbishment

Following the successful completion of the New Build Cuskelly Library Extension project for Downlands College, iQ Construct were engaged to fully refurbish and extend the existing Ursula Hall hospitality kitchen teaching spaces, upgrade their civil stormwater system, and construct a DDA compliant concrete ramp adjacent to the Asprey administration building to extend the mobility access throughout the school.

The works have provided the school with new high-spec cooking and learning facility, including a live feed from the teachers demonstration bench, and full commercial grade cooking appliances. This project has been well received by teachers and students alike.
