iQ Construct were engaged through competitive tender to deliver a Design & Construct Major Works Maintenance Package for the University of Queensland. The project was split into 3 main services works across 2 of UQ’s campuses.
The three areas of work included lift infrastructure review & upgrades of 22 lifts across 12 buildings over a 66 week duration on the St Lucia Campus, fire compliance upgrades over 3 buildings at the St Lucia Campus, and mechanical services upgrade at the Herston Campus which included roof replacement works, and pipework replacement including asbestos removal.
