iQ Construct undertook the whole building refurbishment of the Colin Clark Building upgrade for the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Queensland St Lucia campus.
As part of this development, four levels of study spaces, offices and student facilities were upgraded. The works included significant internal and external structural works to provide a modern and user friendly double-storey height, courtyard space all while working in a fully live campus environment during the busy semester period.
