iQ Construct completed the refurbishment of the Queensland Police Tenancy at 40 Tank Street in December 2016, designed to refresh elements of the existing tenancy. The works spanned 4 Levels including Ground Floor and Levels 6, 7 & 8 and comprised of the upgrade to kitchenettes, foyers, amenities, breakout rooms and numerous meeting areas.
The Level 6 works included the refurbishment of the existing redundant external terrace area into a usable space through the construction of an external lounge with built in seating, a structural steel awning and outdoor kitchen facilities.
