The award winning food, beverage and conference facilities refurbishment of the Ovolo Hotel “The Valley” was the second stage of a grand hotel refresh, which transformed the existing art deco hotel into one of Brisbane’s most exciting and unique hotel offerings.
iQ Construct were engaged to deliver a unique food and beverage offering, which showcased a standalone restaurant Za Za Ta (headed by a renowned chef and restaurateur), along with conference and bar facilities. The result showcases the hotel’s vivacious personality, highlighted by a sumptuous frenzy of rich colours and vivid wallpapers, bespoke artworks and playful furniture.
