This project encompassed a full refurbishment of 4500m² across 2 levels of prime retail space within Melbourne’s Crown Casino. Kingpin redefined their retail offering from a bowling and amusement product to an entertainment destination.
The entertainment destination is premised on ‘Eat, Bowl & Play’ which translates to high class dining and commercial kitchens, three high end bars including a VIP Pins Royale experience, private function rooms, a casual café, Laser Tag Arena, and a fully integrated state of the art Arcade Games zone.
This flagship entertainment venue set the benchmark in Australia for The Ardent Leisure /AMF Bowling Portfolio.
