iQ Construct completed their second project for the Logan City Council with the Gould Adams Aquatic Centre project achieving PC in time for the impending summer heat.
The refurbishment of all pools, administration areas and associated facility amenities has refreshed and reinvigorated the popular community facility. The building comprises an 8-lane lap pool, a leisure pool and a learn to swim pool. All pools received structural remediation as well as pool finishes replacement including new tiles, pebblecrete, epoxy, and rendering.
Upgrade of key pool equipment nearing end of life such as filters, pumps to each pool and for repair of the backwash holding tank was included.
