iQ Construct is proud to have successfully completed the transformation of Go1’s Global Headquarters in Logan, QLD, delivering a dynamic and inspiring workspace. As the Principal Contractor, we executed a complex, major extension of the existing building, featuring state-of-the-art pre-cast concrete panels to house multiple new offices, a café, a bar, and versatile entertaining spaces. Key upgrades include the installation of a new lift and the construction of an expansive, two-level indoor-outdoor entertaining area.
The project significantly expanded the office footprint, adding approximately 320sqm per floor across three levels. At its heart is an impressive 11m atrium, soaring through all three floors, complemented by 4.7m high stackable glass pivot doors and a 4.5m privacy curtain to optimize the flexibility of the entertaining areas. The building’s striking exterior is enhanced by a 3-dimensional, laser-cut steel folded edge façade, showcasing innovative design and modern architectural flair.
