The Chatswood Hills Tavern refurbishment was commissioned by pub operators ALH Group. iQ Construct were engaged to deliver a staged construction program to allow the pub to operate throughout the refurbishment.
The works included enclosing an outdoor eating area, construction of a temporary gaming room, new gaming room and sports bar, full refurbishment to the bar area and amenities, new bistro dining area and external façade upgrades.
