Bundaberg Regional Council are developing a Civic and Cultural Precinct within the Bundaberg CBD area, and the consolidation of Council staff from Bargara into existing facilities within the CBD supports the development of this Precinct.
iQ Construct have delivered the fitout of the Bundaberg Administration Building and Levels 5 & 6 of the Auswide Bank Building for the Bundaberg Regional Council. This project involved altering a portion of the upper floor of the current Administration Building and also the top 2 floors of the Auswide Bank (Auswide) Building, to house the relocating staff members.
