iQ Construct are proud to support NAWIC QLD – National Association of Women in Construction and attended their 2025 International Women’s Day Brisbane luncheon today at City Hall.
Delayed by the disruption of Cyclone Alfred, this year’s event celebrated 30 years of NAWIC and acknowledged the value women bring to the industry, with theme being women marching forward.
Paula Gerber, founder of NAWIC in Australia, delivered an engaging keynote and was joined by a panel of past presidents who discussed the positive change that women in construction brings not just to the experience of women, but also to the broader community industry culture and the benefits to both men and women.
iQ Construct takes pride in maintaining a balanced workforce, with an equal 50% gender representation across all roles.
