Project delivery has evolved in recent years. The constraints in terms of time and money affect a project from the inception stage and inevitably carry through to the project delivery.
The industry is burdened with Quality Management systems that have evolved from main stream construction test and inspection plans. These systems worked for slower methodical projects. Today’s projects, in particular within the Fitout and Refurbishment space, have considerably different constraints. Today’s project could be a mix of several procurement types with a range of professionals and stakeholders. In addition, there is usually less time and an immediacy around decision making.
With the above in mind, iQ Construct have developed a unique system that focuses on achieving quality outcomes at every stage of the project. The systems are flexible yet robust and can be individually tailored and mutually agreed for any project.
