Today marks the official commencement of Stage 1 construction of the new Virgin Mary Orthodox Coptic Orthodox Church building in Calamvale.

iQ Construct was honoured to participate in the church’s service on Sunday 22nd October, surrounded by supportive and excited members of the church community, and to complete the official contract signing and ground-breaking ceremony. This project commences exactly 25 years to the day since the land was originally purchased, and has been eagerly anticipated by church community members for many years.

iQ Construct was joined by project superintendent Astra Ellis of WinEllis Projects, and Cr Angela Owen – Councillor for Calamvale Ward, and we look forward to delivering a beautiful new building the community will celebrate and worship in for years to come.
