IT’S A HATTRICK – iQ Construct has won its third Australian Institute of Building Excellence award at this year’s QLD AIB Awards.

Congratulations to the Rosewood Library team who delivered an exceptional community facility for the residents of Rosewood.
This project holds a special place in many people’s hearts and is a symbol of renewal for Queensland’s regional towns.
