Ian Morrison
Ian is an innovative thinker. His vast construction experience and sector knowledge combine with a unique desire to challenge the status quo within the industry. He believes in doing things differently.
As the Managing Director of iQ Construct, Ian has created an industry leading approach to project management and delivery. He is passionate about builders being part of a professional team that work together to meet a client’s objective. This involves delivering on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
One of Ian’s greatest strengths is his immense knowledge of procurement models. He is able to expertly advise client’s on the intricacies of each model and which approach best suits their project.
Ian has over thirty years of international experience in the construction industry. He is a trusted industry leader, having held senior positions including Project Manager, Operations Director, General Manager, and Managing Director at several prestigious companies.
Jill May
Jill is a project management and strategy expert who brings a fresh way of thinking to the construction industry.
Her unique combination of skills and knowledge allow her to understand projects from the client’s perspective. She has first-hand experience in facilities management, project management and structural design, and specialises in governance, procedural policy and project execution.
Jill brings a new perspective and professionality rarely seen in the construction sector. This comes directly from her experience in Defence, including 16 years as a Civil Engineer in the Royal Australia Air Force.
She is responsible for implementing iQ Construct’s strategic vision and embedding business transformation and best practice policies and procedures across the business.
